One thing about me, I'm going to make a change. This is what this first post is all about.

It is the first day of Spring, so it is only fitting that I bring in new fresh energy with the primary goal of Growth and Authenticity.

I have unofficially pre-launched a rebrand of Rooted Vigor, known as Rivy Health.

I am literally starting from scratch with this rebrand.

Yes, I have deleted all courses, programs, and prescheduled content, and I am in the process of deleting social media content that no longer aligns with this growth.

Why? I want to make sure I am serving as the hands and feet of the Almighty Creator, the One True God.

The term Rivy is special to me. It is important because it signifies a new found peaceful transition in my walk with the Almighty Creator, which is what I will rely on as this brand and practice scales.

For context, Rivy stands for "Rooted in Vigor & Yah". This is exactly the theme of my new season as I walk closer to the Almighty.

The name "Rivy" is also connected to the Hebrew name Rivka (Rebecca, the woman who birth a nation with Ya'akov and Esau) and that name is believed to mean to tie or to join. I am tying up loose ends and joining my community to make a positive change.

• To be Rooted in Vigor means to be grounded in physical (and mental) strength and good health.

• To be Rooted in YAH means to be filled with the Holy Ruach (Spirit) and to lean on the Almighty to guide footsteps in the walk of life.

Two aspects, that I will personally and professionally rely on going forth.

For the past year, I ran (not walked) back to the Almighty and this experience has been life-altering, to say the least.

It has also changed the direction and cadence of how I wish to give care.

With Rivy, things are about to scale and prosper -- quickly, but I want to make sure I glide this simple path heel striking in the right (pre-destined) direction. So, I have decided to take my time for the next 2 years to make sure I rebirth this baby intuitively (not rushed) with all of the necessary attention it needs.

I will walk | create | practice | guide | lead | write | inspire, but with grace.

You will see so much pour out of Rivy during this time, and honestly, it is only the beginning.

What you are about to see is a transition reliant on the Almighty Creator. This new Ruach (spirit) led experience will focus on me including:

• faith-based and lifestyle medicine, grounded primary care (not forced, but strategically invited)

• a reintroduction of virtual and in-person care services

• incorporating 5 lifestyle medicine-related pillars of Rivy, including nutrition, motion, connection, restoration, and abstention to help individuals discover their healing.

• total focus on mind, body, AND spirit care, in every interaction.

  
  

The aim of my offerings in Rivy Health is to help you understand the importance of maintaining a healthy Temple (your emBodiment) and I want to offer the tools that will be helpful for you to get to that point.

I truly believe that we are unable to fully heal without a spiritual release and total surrender to the Almighty True God.

So, let's start here. Let's start now.
